Erwin Builders and Curt Erwin Construction were founded in 1992 by Curt and Peggy Erwin. From large to small our company has completed hundreds of construction projects all over Southern Illinois. From large commercial union-built projects ranging from Education to Retail all the way to new homes and seamless guttering. We are happy to fill the needs of our customers no matter how big or small.

Curt is the Owner and is in charge of running both companies. Curt founded both companies in 1992 along with wife Peggy and has built this organization from the ground up. Curt has over 30 years experience in construction from commercial structures to new homes. Curt handles administrative duties as well as serving as the most experienced carpenter on our staff.

Ben Erwin

Estimator / Designer

Ben is the son of Curt Erwin and has been a part of the business for over 10 years. Ben is the estimator, superintendent and lead carpenter for Erwin Builders. He is also the designer for Curt Erwin Construction. Ben has an associates in Construction Management from John A Logan College and Bachelors from SIU-C in Construction Management.

Roger Foltz

Estimator / Project Manager

Roger is the estimator for Curt Erwin Construction and handles Cost Control, Sub-Contractor Management, and also sales for seamless guttering, new homes, and remodeling. Roger has over 20 years in construction and construction materials.

Kelsey Drew

Secretary/ Accounting

Kelsey is a Benton High School and John A. Logan graduate and was a standout volleyball player for both. Kelsey has been here for the past 2 years and is also Curt's niece.
