Erwin Builders has been  selected as the design builder for the  BHDG architecture firm's Marion Office.

This building will be starting in April and will be the first CLT  roof structure in Southern Illinois and only the second in the entire state.

This building is a cutting edge mass wood structure that will be unlike any other in Southern Illinois 

Curt  Erwin Construction is currently constructing a 2600 sf single story Craftsman home on the south side of Marion.

Erwin Builders is currently working on 6 projects at various Southern Illinois branches 

Erwin Builders has now been awarded the CM contract for the new fellowship hall addition.

The project is in the  bid phase and will be starting in spring of 2019

Erwin Builders completed the new shopping center in June of 2018 and is now home to

E-Nails and Whiffle Boys Pizza.
